Featured Salad:  A Southwestern Couscous salad using Israeli couscous, diced bell peppers, red onions, black beans & roasted corn tossed in a creamy avocado dressing.  Topped with crispy tortilla strips.

 

Featured Wrap:  Shredded jerk chicken with steamed cabbage, fried plantains & a citrus dressing in a sun dried tomato tortilla wrap.

 

Featured Grilled Cheese:  Prosciutto, genoa salami, baby arugula & drunken goat cheese on pomegranate pine nut focaccia bread.

 

Featured Personal Pizza:  Whipped brie cheese, duck confit, portabella mushrooms & sautéed spinach on a garlic parmesan crust & finished with truffle oil.

 

Featured Entrée:  $17 Lunch & Dinner - 2 seafood kabobs of marinated & grilled ahi tuna, shrimp & scallops served with grilled artichokes & coconut rice.
